Law 3470 of December 17, 1981 repeals the Act on Special Measures for National Integrity. Repeals this Act for localization of a new type of democracy under the goal of state administration by the Fifth Republic with an interim provision that any orders (Regulations concerning Resource Management, etc.) respectively issued in accordance with Article 2 (Declaration of National Emergency) and Article 5 (National Mobilization Order), Paragraphs 1, 2 and 4 of this Act shall remain in full force and effect until they are superceded by related laws and any violators thereof shall be subject to penalties provided in Article 11, Paragraph 2 hereof.
