Law 4010 of June 15, 1988 amends the National Assembly Act. Advances the convocation date of the ordinary session of the National Assembly to September 10 in accordance with the increase in the number of days of such session to 100; deletes the provision limiting the total number of days in the sessions of the National Assembly in a year; authorizes the plenary session or a committee to request the government to submit reports and documents, or require witnesses, appraisers, reference witnesses, etc. to present themselves in connection with deliberation of an agenda or inspection/investigation of state administration; and allows televised broadcasting of the proceedings of the National Assembly to open such proceedings to the general public.
