Law 3369 of February 10, 1981 amends the Act on Testimony, Appraisal, etc. before the National Assembly. Sets forth the procedures in connection with investigation of specific affairs concerning state adminstration or deliberation of agendas pursuant to Article 124 of the National Assembly Act; authorizes the head of an investigation team to request testimony and appraisal just as the speaker and vice speaker in line with authorization of formation of an investigation team for investigation of state administration; and increases the maximum fine to be imposed when a witness does not present himself or submit required documents without justifiable reasons and when a witness or appraiser present refuses to take an oath, testify or present appraisals from 100,000 Won to 500,000 Won.
