Law 2090 of January 23, 1969 amends the Political Fund Act. Provides that if a person contribute political funds without indicating the ratio of political fund allocation for each party, 60% thereof shall be distributed to the majority party while the remainder shall be allocated to the other political parties with seats in the National Assembly according to the pro rata number of seats held by them; stipulates that political funds shall be allocated and paid to political parties on a quarterly basis, and that in case of public announcement of the date of a presidential election or general election, the political funds in cash deposited until the date of such announcement shall be distributed and delivered to political parties within ten days from the date of such announcement.
