Law 2141 of September 12, 1969 amends the National Assembly Secretariat Act. Upgrades the Construction Department to the Construction Bureau; organizes the General Affairs Department, Accounting Department and Management and Maintenance Department in the General Affairs Bureau, Proceedings Department, Shorthand Department and Security Department in the Proceedings Bureau, National Assemblymen Department and Records and Publication Department in the National Assemblymen Bureau, Planning and Materials Department, Construction Department and Facility Department in the Construction Bureau, and Public Relations Department and International Department in the Public Relations Office, and determines the duties and other necessary matters of each bureau, office and department by the National Assembly Regulations.
