Summary (English)	Law 4038 of December 29, 1988 amends the Act on Allowances, etc. for National Assembly Members. Increases the amount of ordinary allowances and legislative activity allowances for the National Assemblymen to the level of allowances for the State Council members; and adjusts the position of current assistants in light labor services among assistant staffs for the National Assemblymen to Grade 9 public officials in special services.
