Summary (English)	Law 2091 of January 23, 1969 amends the Election Management Commission Act. Provides that, among the candidates recommended by the ruling party and the largest opposition party, a total of two persons respectively recommended by the head of each district party chapter concerned shall be appointed as full-time members of a local constituency election management commission by the chairman thereof.
