Law 3423 of April 8, 1981 amends the National Assembly Act. Places matters related to the Ministry of Labor, which was reorganized according to an amendment to the Government Organization Act, under the jurisdiction of the Health and Society Committee; and deletes the provision restricting concurrent holding of positions by the chairmen of standing committees because Article 79 of the Constitution stipulates that all members of the National Assembly may concurrently hold offices unless otherwise provided by law.
