Law 2784 of July 26, 1975 amends the National Assembly Act. Allows the plenary session of the National Assembly or a committee thereof to investigate certain issues by its resolution; provides that the plenary session of the National Assembly or a committee thereof may request by its resolution the presence of a witness, appraiser or a reference witness for deliberation and investigation of an agenda on the condition that such request shall be made via the speaker if requested by a committee; and requires enactment of a separate law to regulate testimony, appraisal, etc..
