Law 2147 of November 22, 1969 amends the National Assembly Act. Revamps relevant provisions pursuant to an amendment to the Constitution allowing members of the National Assembly to serve on the State Council, etc.; provides that the Finance and Economy Committee and the Foreign Affairs Committee shall take charge of the Ministry of Science and Technology and the National Unification Board, respectively, because an amendment to the Government Organization Act newly organizes the Ministry of Science and Technology and the National Unification Board; and stipulates that the authority to appoint the chairmen and members of standing committees and members of the Special Committee on Budget and Account may be delegated to the speaker by a resolution of the National Assembly in case of unavoidable circumstances.
