Law 4011 of August 5, 1988 enacts the Act on the Inspection and Investigation of State Administration. Aims to enable the National Assembly to efficiently perform its function of auditing and investigating state adminstration by enacting a law stipulating the procedures, etc. of inspection and investigation of state administration by the National Assembly. Provides that inspection of state administration shall be performed by each competent standing committee regarding overall state administration for twenty days from the day immediately following the date of commencement of the ordinary session of the National Assembly every year; and stipulates that investigation of state administration shall be implemented upon the request of not less than one third of registered members of the National Assembly, that the speaker shall promptly report such request to the plenary session for finalization of an investigation committee, and that the investigation committee shall produce an investigation plan and obtain the approval therefor by the plenary session.
