Law 1042 of April 3, 1962 amends the Act on the Supreme Council for National Reconstruction. Adjusts matters under the jurisdiction of subcommittees in accordance with the reshuffle of administrative agencies based on the amendment of the Government Organization Act and the change in the legal status of the Seoul Metropolitan City; and allows the advisors to the chairman and vice chairman to be present and offer his opinion at the Supreme Council for National Reconstruction or the Standing Committee.
