Summary (English) |
Law 44 of March 24, 1962 amends the Act on Emergency Measures for National Reconstruction. Provides that in the event of vacancy of the presidency, the chairman of the Supreme Council for National Reconstruction, vice chairman thereof and the head of the Cabinet shall act, in the stated order, on behalf of the President until establishment of a government as provided in Article 2 of this Act. (1 article; p.1)
