Law 2779 of July 25, 1975 amends the Mutual Savings and Finance Company Act. Provides that the Minister of Finance may issue an order to increase paid-in capital amount of mutual savings and finance companies if necessary, and an order to deposit whole or part of the increased capital amount; and provides that if there is possibility to harm public interests due to savings and finance company's insolvent operation or financial status, the Minister of Finance may issue an order of moratorium, order to transfer contracts, manage business and assets, transfer and merge business, modify contract, such as, contract amount, etc., modify business purposes, change directors, prohibit changing shareholders' names, etc..
