Law 3521 of December 31, 1981 amends the Technology Development Promotion Act. Provides that the Minister of Science and Technology("MOST") may enter into an agreement with research institutes affiliated to corporations, research centers at universities, public research institutes, etc. to conduct research on the strategy matters selected by the MOST, and that expenses necessary therefor may be appropriated from funds contributed by the government, non-governmental bodies or corporate fund for technology development; and allows the MOST to make contributions to research center affiliated to corporations or industrial technology research cooperatives for the purpose of promoting certain research and development project.
