Law 3522 of December 31, 1981 amends the Korea Technology Development Corporation Act. Provides, as an exception to the Korea Commercial Act, that the limit of issue amount of company bonds will be increased to 5 times of the totals of capital amount and reserve fund for the purpose of raising fund for the Korea Technology Development Corporation which assumes full responsibility to support enterprises for technology development expenses; allows bonds to be issued by means of selling-off and discounting; and provides that the government may guarantee repayment of principal and interest of the bond issued by the Corporation.(1article; 295p.)
