Law 3506 of December 31, 1981 enacts the Korea Vocational Train and Management Agency Act. Aims to implement efficient vocational training and verification of qualified skills by establishing the Korea Vocational Train and Management Agency("KVTMA") to carry out vocational training, research and development, and verification of qualified skills, and to contribute to improve welfare for the people and national economy. Categorizes the business purposes of KVTMA to be establishment and operation of vocational training centers, implementation and guide of vocational training, and verification of qualified skills; provides that KVTMA shall have 20 or less directors including the chair of the board of directors and 1 statutory auditor; and that the Agency management fund shall be created under the control of KVTMA for the purpose of efficiently carrying out its businesses, and that the fund shall be created by contributions or donations from the government and non-governmental entities, and by contributions from the vocational training promotion fund.
