Summary (English) |
Law 3510 of December 31, 1981 amends the National Technical Qualifications Act. Establishes the Commission of Review on Technical Qualifications System under the control of Ministry of Labor for the purpose of reviewing the important matters of the national technical qualifications system; abolishes the obligatory exam to certify technical qualifications of graduates from high-schools of technology and vocational schools; and prohibits those who are not legally authorized to certify technical qualifications and the similar qualifications from certifying them.
