Law 2843 of December 31, 1975 enacts the Industrial Complex Management Act. Aims to provide fundamental matters on the management of industrial complexes and operate them reasonably in order to contribute to a sound development of national economy. Provides that the scope of industrial complex under this Act shall be stipulated by the Presidential Decree; authorizes the state, local self-governments, and the Industrial Complex Management Corporation to manage industrial complexes; makes to establish the Industrial Complex Management Corporation with permission from the Administrator of the Industrial Complex Management Administration; requires the local self-government or the Industrial Complex Management Corporation to prepare basic plans for industrial complex management and annual business plans and to get approval from the Administrator of the Industrial Complex Management Administration; and requires enterprises which intend to occupy an industrial complex to enter into an occupant contract with the industrial complex management agency.
