Law 2781 of July 25, 1975 amends the Trade Act. Allows to make a difference between the requirements for businesspersons who import/export self-manufacturing products and those for the other businesspersons; regulates the disqualification of importers and exporters and the cancellation of permission of import/export; and allows the Minister of Commerce and Industry to give an administrative order for the maintenance of import/export order or to take special measures for the regulation of foreign trade in case of emergency such as war, disaster, etc. (29articles; 820¡­18-820¡­20pp.)
