Law 1773 of March 29, 1966 amends the Trade Act. Allows the Minister of Commerce and Industry to entrust the head of a foreign exchange bank to give permission of product import and/or export for normal items settled by a normal method or to give in part permission of product import and/or export pursuant to the Ordinance where deemed necessary; and requires any person who intends to offer issuance of warranty with reference to purchase or sales of goods to register with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry pursuant to the Presidential Decree and to be under the supervision of the Minister of Commerce and Industry pursuant to the Presidential Decree.(4articles; 1387p.)
