Law 3507 of December 31, 1981 amends the Framework Act on Vocational Training. Broadens the scope of vocational training of acquisition and advancement of technical abilities only into the broader scope of any vocational training through which people can acquire and advance their competence to perform in a work site; takes mid- and older- aged workers, women and the handicapped into special consideration for vocational training; and provides that vocational training program shall include training programs for supervisor and manager level personnel, and workers engaged in services area in addition to the current programs of instructor- and technician-oriented training so that the scope of program industry will be broadened by including industrial area of desk work and services.
