Law 3399 of March 27, 1981 amends the Export Insurance Act. Allows the insurance policyholder or the insured to acquire the object of insurance or the right to a third party if the Korea Export Insurance Corporation has paid the insurance money; provides that the authority to underwrite export insurance shall be determined by the Minister of Commerce through the resolution of the National Assembly, which had been decided as 30 times of the export insurance fund; adds the export payment finance insurance to export insurance in order to ensure the collection of principal of a sub-loan to a foreign financial institution or a direct loan to a foreign government or a foreigner; and provides that the scope of the export insurance fund shall be the contributions from the Government or non-governmental institutions or persons and the other financial resources regulated by the Presidential Decree.
