Law 4068 of December 31, 1988 amends the Financial Assistance to New Technology Businesses Act. Expands the function of technological credit guarantee fund to include general credit guarantee in addition to technological credit guarantee; and provides that the fundamental property of technological credit guarantee fund shall be the contributions from the Government and financial institutions, and the maximum amount of guarantee allowing the technological credit guarantee fund to bear guarantee liability shall be 15 times of the sum of fundamental property and profit brought forward.
