Summary (English)	Royal Decree 1434/1992 of Nov. 27 from the Ministry of Culture develops arts. 24, 25 and 140 of the Law of Intellectual Property (copyright), Law 22/1987 of Nov. 11. These provisions deal respectively with (a) the right of creators of works of the plastic arts to a share of resale profits of their works; (b) the obligation to pay royalties for making recordings (audio or visual) other than for computer software from works published in books or magazines, and (c) the percentage that may be charged for services under art. 140.1 by management firms. Specifically repeals Royal Decrees 287/1989 and 395/1988. (44 articles. Pages 42475-42484.) Errata in Issue 13 of Jan. 15, 1993 at Page 1061. It is in 1 PDF.
