Summary (English) |
Resolution 38/2001 approves the adherence of Mozambique to the Nice Agreement of 15 June 1957, revised in Stockholm on 14 July 1967 and in Geneva on 13 May 1977, and amended in Geneva on 28 September 1979, concerning the international classification of goods and services for the purposes of the registration of marks, whose text in English and Portuguese are included in the annex and become an integral part of this Resolution.
