Summary (English) |
The amendment of 2 January 2008 applies to the Criminal law. Article 185-3 specifies that someone who drives motor vehicles while unable to drive safely due to using narcotics, controlled substances, alcohol or other similar things shall be sentenced to imprisonment less than one year, or detention, or less than NT$150000 fine, or additional less than NT$150000 fine together with imprisonment or detention.(1 provision, p.13)

2008年1月2日總統公布修正中華民國刑法第一百八十五條之三條文。明定服用毒品、麻醉藥品、酒類或其他相類之物，不能安全駕駛動力交通工具而駕駛者，處一年以下有期徒刑、拘役或科或併科十五萬元以下罰金。
