Summary (English)	Ordinance-law 69-032 of 26 June 1969 pertains to the Investments Code. It is composed of 9 chapters: chapter I deals with the general provisions; chapter II deals with the general regulations; chapter III organizes the conventional regulations; chapter IV concerns the special guarantees to foreign investments; chapter V relates to tax provisions applicable to reinvested benefits; chapter VI institutes the Investments Committee; chapter VII deals with the resolution of litigations; chapter VIII relates to the transitional provisions and finally chapter IX covers the final provisions. Article 3 repeals Decree-law of 30 August 1965 as well as any provision in contradiction with this present Law. (34 articles; pp. 839-850)

Elle comprend 9 chapitres : chapitre I traite de dispositions générales ; chapitre II réglemente le régime général ; chapitre III organise le régime conventionnel ; chapitre IV concerne les garanties particulières aux investissements étrangers ; chapitre V porte dispositions fiscales applicables aux bénéfices réinvestis ; chapitre VI institue la Commission des Investissements ; chapitre VII a trait au règlement des litiges ; chapitre VIII porte dispositions transitoires et chapitre IX, dispositions finales. L'article 33 abroge le Décret-loi du 30 août 1965 ainsi que toutes dispositions législatives ou réglementaires contraires au présent code. (34 articles ; pp. 839-850)
