Summary (English)	Ordinance-law 69-039 of 9 August 1969 pertains to the staff regulations of a public service called "Centre de Documentation” (Resource centre). It is composed of 17 titles: title I relates to the general provisions; title II regulates the rights, the duties and the incompatibilities; title III organizes the recruitment, the reinstatement and the integration; title IV concerns the entrance into office; title V determines the hierarchy and the order according to seniority; title VI describes the positions; title VII regulates remuneration; title VIII fixes the benefits package allocated in the course of career; title IX deals with the compensatory allowances; title X provides for transport charges for the service moving; title XI relates to the settlement of the amounts; title XII regulates the description and the promotion; title XIII organizes the disciplinary measure; title XIV institutes the Staff Committee; title XV relates to the termination of service; title XVI deals with the advantages related to the end of career and finally title XVII relates to the final and transitional provisions.
