Summary (English)	Ordinance-Law 69-040 of 22 August 1969 authorizes the ratification of the financing project of mending and maintenance of the Road Network and the Development Credit Agreement 152 CK concluded at Washington D.C. respectively on 1 May and 9 June 1969 between the Democratic Republic of the Congo and the United Nations Development Program and the Reconstruction and Development International Bank for the first; and the Development International association for the second. This latter is composed of 6 appendixes: appendix I pertains to the allocation of funds coming from the credit; appendix II the description of the project; appendix III the award of contracts; appendix IV the plan for operation; appendix V the budget and the expenses program; appendix VI the general condition applicable to the development credit.The full text of the financing agreement is not included. (French)	Ordonnance-Loi n° 69-040 du 22 août 1969 autorisant la ratification de l’Accord de Financement du Projet de Réfection et d’Entretien du Réseau Routier et de l’Accord de Crédit de Développement n° 152 CK signés à Washington D.C. respectivement le 1er mai et le 9 juin 1969 entre la République Démocratique du Congo et le Programme des Nations- Unies pour le Développement et la Banque Internationale pour la Reconstruction et le Développement pour le premier et pour le second , l’Association Internationale de Développement. Ce dernier comprend 6 annexes portant la première sur les affectations des fonds provenant du crédit, la seconde sur la description du projet, la troisième sur la passation des marchés, la quatrième sur le Plan d’opération, la cinquième sur le budget et le programme des dépenses, et enfin la sixième sur les conditions générales applicables aux accords de crédit de développement.
