Summary (English)	An Act to amend the Small Business Loans Act, S.C. 1998, c. 4, received Royal Assent on 31 March 1998, and increases the aggregate amount provided for guaranteed business improvement loans and extends the application of the Act to 31 March 1999. The Act came into force on upon Royal Assent. (Bill C-21, 1 section, pp. 329-330).
(French)	La Loi modifiant la Loi sur les prêts aux petites entreprises, L.C. 1998, ch. 4, a reçu la sanction royale le 31 mars 1998, et elle augmente la tranche du principal global des prêts garantis consentis par le prêteur, puis elle prolonge l'application de la Loi au 31 mars 1999. La Loi est entrée en vigueur après avoir reçu la sanction royale (projet de loi C-21, un article, p. 329 et 330).
