Summary (English)	Legislative Decree 108 of 11 October 2006 promulgates the Special Law Against Acts of Terrorism, aimed at the prevention, investigation, sanction and eradication of crimes specified in this law and all their manifestations. Definitions; acts of terrorism; precautionary measures and confiscation; special criminal and procedural provisions; prevention of acts of terrorism acts and final provisions. Repeals articles 343 and 344 of the Criminal Code, contained in Legislative Decree 1030 of 26 April 1997 (D. O. of 10 June 1997). (53 articles; pp. 18-29)
(Spanish)	Decreto Legislativo 108 de 11 Octubre 2006 promulga la Ley Especial Contra Actos de Terrorismo, la cual tiene por objeto prevenir, investigar, sancionar y erradicar los delitos prescritos en esta ley y todas sus manifestaciones. Contiene definiciones; de los actos de terrorismo; de las medidas cautelares y comiso; disposiciones penales y procesales especiales; prevención de actos de terrorismo y disposiciones finales.
