Summary (English) |
Law 300 of July 22nd 1918; creates the Permanent Civic Registry in each Electoral Section, and it will be applied in elections of Conventional, National Senators and Deputies, Republic President and Vice-president electors and Members of Electoral and Municipal Councils. It will be composed by the National Civil Registry and de Foreign Voters Schedule and derogates all dispositions against. (92 articles, pp. 1-4).

Ley 300 del 22 de julio de 1918, crea el Registro Cívico Permanente en cada Sección Electoral, que se aplicará a las elecciones de Convencionales, Senadores, Diputados, Electores de Presidente y Vicepresidente de la República y Miembros de Juntas Electorales y Municipales. Se compondrá del Registro Cívico Nacional y del Padrón Electoral de Extranjeros. Deroga las disposiciones legales contrarias. (92 artículos, pp. 1-4).
