Summary (English) |
Decree of the Provisory Republic President Albino Jara issued on of June 27, 1911; orders to the Superior Court of Justice Treasurer and Librarian, of the "Crime Victims Help Fund", according to the disposition of art. 108 of the Penal Code. Establishes also attributions and duties of the persone in charge of the Fund, responsibilities on effects and instruments of crimes located in the Court Secretariats and sale procedures. Decreto del Presidente Provisorio Jara, con fecha 27 de junio de 1911, encarga al Tesorero y Bibliotecario del Superior Tribunal de Justicia, de la “Caja de Socorro para las víctimas del delito”, conforme a la disposición del art. 108 del Código Penal. Establece también las atribuciones y deberes del encargado de la Caja, responsable de los efectos e instrumentos de delitos que se hallen en las Secretarías de los Juzgados y el procedimiento para la venta de los mismos. ( 5 artículos, p.141)
