Summary (English)	Decree of the Provisory Republic President Albino Jara issued on March 29, 1911; creates the Historical and Geographic Institute of Paraguay for the diffusion of the scientific and literary knowledge and mainly documents relating to History, Geography and Economy of Paraguay and also creates a institute magazine which will concentrate all the published in the magazines of the National University, the Primary Instruction and the National File, being suspended the last mentioned publications. (Spanish)	Decreto del Presidente Provisorio Albino Jara, con fecha 29 de marzo de 1911, crea el Instituto Histórico y Geográfico del Paraguay para la difusión de toda clase de conocimientos científicos y literarios y principalmente documentos referentes a la Historia, Geografía y Economía del Paraguay y crea también una revista del instituto que concentrará todo lo publicado en las revistas de la Universidad Nacional, la Instrucción Primaria y el Archivo Nacional, suspendiéndose estas ultimas publicaciones.
