Summary (English) |
Law of December 6, 1910; establishes the Obligatory Military Service for twenty-seven years for all Paraguayan citizen from eighteen to forty and the five in the Active army, the Reserve, the National Guard and the Territorial Guard respectively according to the different ages. Regulates also exceptions, summoned responsibilities and special dispositions in case of militaries conflicts. (43 articles, pp.31-33)

Ley del 6 de diciembre de 1910, que establece el Servicio Militar Obligatorio por veintisiete años para todo ciudadano paraguayo desde los dieciocho a los cuarenta y cinco; en el Ejército Permanente, en la Reserva, en la Guardia Nacional y en Guardia Territorial respectivamente, según las diferente edades. Regula también las Excepciones, las responsabilidades de los convocados y disposiciones especiales en caso de guerra. (43 artículos, pp.31-33)
