Summary (English)	Legislative Decree 892 of 21 December 2005 ratifies in all its parts the Acts, Resolutions and Recommendations of the XVII Congress of the Postal Union of the Americas, Spain and Portugal, adopted in Montevideo, Uruguay, on 18 March 1998; occasion in which El Salvador decided to become a member pursuant to Accord 379 of 11 of May 2005, approved by Executive Accord 753 of 4 October 2005.
