Law 1032 of March 16, 1962 enacts the Political Activity Purification Act. Defines political activities; stipulates the scope where a request for adjudication on eligibility for political activities may be determined; sets up the Politics Purification Committee under the command of the Supreme Council for adjudication on eligibility for political activities; prohibits any person, who has not requested adjudication on eligibility for political activities as a target thereof or whose eligibility therefor has not been finally adjudicated after making such request, from engaging in political activities until August 15, 1968; forbids any appeal from measures taken under this Act; and abolishes the Act on Restriction on Civil Rights of Persons Involved in Anti-Democratic Activities.
