Law 3521 of December 31, 1981 amends the Technology Development Promotion Act. Allows the Minister of Science and Technology to select research projects to develop strategic industry technologies and to entrust the projects under contract to private laboratories, universities, state or public institutes, etc., which shall be implemented by the contributions from the Government or other institutions and corporate technological development funds; and authorizes the Minister of Science and Technology to give contributions to a corporate laboratory or an industrial technology research association to implement specific research and development projects.(7articles; 294p.)
