Law 6600 of January 14, 2002 amends the Act on the Promotion of the Conversion into Environment-Friendly Industrial Structure. Changes the current provision by which the governmental body designated by the Minister of Commerce, Industry and Energy may issue a certificate to approve an environment-friendly operating enterpriser to the new provision by which a private body designated by the Minister of Commerce, Industry and Energy after consultation with the Minister of Environment may issue the certificate; and provides that the Minister of Commerce, Industry and Energy may construct and operate the industrial environment network to contain information of clean production technology, environment-friendly operation, exchange of industrial by-products, etc., and to supply them to enterprisers.
