Law 2094 of January 24, 1969 enacts the Nuclear Damage Compensation Act. Aims to protect victims and contribute to sound development of nuclear power project by stipulating matters to compensate victims for damage resulted from or incidental to operation of nuclear power plant, nuclear furnace, etc. to be constructed. Recognizes no-fault liability on the part of nuclear power enterpriser in case of operating nuclear furnace, etc.; and requires nuclear power plant enterprisers exercise indemnity right after primarily compensating victims even for damage resulted from third person's intentional or negligent conduct.
