Law 7237 of October 22, 2004 amends the Quality Management and Safety Control of Industrial Products Act. Provides that manufacturers or importers of industrial products shall use child-proof packages designed and devised to make them not easily opened by children of younger than 5 years as to the industrial products of detergents and adhesives, etc. which may be harmful, such as, intoxicated, etc., if drunk or inhaled by consumers, and that the Minister of Commerce, Industry and Energy shall publish the safety guideline to be applied to such child-proof package using industrial products for the purpose of protecting their lifes and health.
