Decree No.2009-4 concerning the establishment and the organization of a National Security Council abbreviated "NSC" and hereinafter referred to as "the Concil". The decree provides for the organization and operations of the Council. Decree nº 86/1435 of 3 December 1986 to set up the National Security Council and Decree nº 86/1436 of 3 December 1986 to set up an Interministerial Information Committee, are hereby repealed. Act establishing the court's contentious run and setting the conditions for the enforcement in Cameroon of judicial decisions and public acts of Aliens and Foreign Arbitral Awards. Chapter 1 articulates the general provisions on enforcement of court decisions and other acts; on applications for recognition and enforcement of judgments and public acts foreign and domestic arbitral awards and foreign. Chapter 2 defines the functions and role of court litigation on the enforcement of judicial decisions and public acts of Cameroon. Chapter 3 focuses on the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments. Chapter 4 provides a guideline for the recognition and enforcement of foreign public documents.
